Personal training offer
When providing personal training support together, it is important to me that the client gets a plan and support to make progress to achieve and maintain their goals in the long run. There should be supporting effects in everyday life, be it other sports, health or aesthetics.
The training plan is adjusted approximately every four weeks, depending on the frequency of training and the goal. The client should also learn to go to his limits, to dare new things and to go through the program with his own conviction and thus to cooperate. I am also happy to implement or incorporate special exercises prescribed by a physiotherapist/doctor, for example.
We are a Team!
A lifestyle change is not without, it should be well thought out! Many details, which are not considered important, but it may be important, even the lifestyle once again under the microscope and question. Likewise one needs patience, because often a change does not go from today to tomorrow, but needs time! Learn to appreciate your body and want to do something good for it, so that you can use your resources to the maximum.

Training schedule
Warming up is the process of increasing body temperature and pulse rate through movement and stimulating blood flow. ” Warming up also means getting mentally ready for what follows, the workout.”
The first warm-up phase is followed by mobilization – targeting those areas that are then needed in sports or to maintain and promote certain mobility. Mobility training is to be clearly separated from classical stretching, stretching is mostly passive, mobility on the other hand always requires control and coordination. We need this not only in sports but everywhere where we need to control our body in certain positions. This can be while squatting, playing with the kids or even painting the ceiling. Another important aspect of Mobility is the brain-based approach: our physical mobility is in fact closely related to the brain. The brain controls everything, including mobility. Conscious joint movements lead to positive signals to the brain, which are important for development and maintaining health.
Functional training involves complex movements in which the muscles are always used in combination, i.e. in whole muscle groups, as is the case in everyday life. This training is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced users, because the loads and exercises are adapted to the individual training level. Within a “Functional Training” basic motor skills like; flexibility, strength, coordination and endurance are trained.
The “cool down” or colloquially, the “stretching” is also part of a holistic training: It is a good way to switch from performance (sympathetic nervous system) to relaxation (parasympathetic nervous system). Thus, post-stretching functions as a doubly meaningful ritual that is important for flexibility as well as mental and autonomic regeneration.
